Common questions
How do I upgrade an existing listing?
Message us via the contact form with the plan you want. We'll confirm details and send a secure payment link. Once payment is set up, your listing is upgraded, usually within one business day.
Why is my business listed if I never signed up?
Some listings are compiled from publicly available business information to help people find suppliers in their area. If that's your business, you're welcome to claim it for free, correct any details, or request removal at any time. Just get in touch.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Featured and Premium are simple monthly plans with no long-term contract. Message us to cancel or downgrade at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you retain access until that date. No refunds are provided for any unused portion of a billing period.
Do you offer annual pricing?
Not yet, but if you'd prefer to pay annually, ask us. We're happy to arrange it directly.
How is the homepage sponsor slot different from a Premium listing?
A Premium listing is still a supplier profile, shown in your relevant categories. The sponsor slot is separate: a single, exclusive homepage placement open to any relevant business, including non-suppliers like insurers or software providers, and it's only ever sold to one sponsor at a time.
What's the founding supplier offer?
The first 20 businesses to claim their listing get Featured status free for 2 months. After that period, your listing automatically returns to the Free tier unless you choose to continue as a paid Featured or Premium supplier. No action needed on your part either way.
